Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as the product has not been customized.

What Happens to Returned Items?

We ensure that returned goods are handled responsibly. Here’s how:

• Donation: Since 2011, Darkovas has donated new items from returns to charitable organizations, including families and associations in need.
• Recycling: Items that cannot be donated due to legal reasons, such as those with personalized designs, are sent to recycling facilities to be repurposed into materials like protective insulation wool.
